REGISTRATION- Opens at 6.30am (6.00am for Standard distance)in the College library, pick up your race number, cycle and helmet numbers, get body marked and show your BTF race licence to get your £3 refund.
TRANSITION - Opens at 6.30am, 6.00am for SD, must register first and attach the race mumber labels.
SWIM START- Novice 200m race goes first, 'snake' swim competitor start every 25 seconds., Followed by Sprint 500m swimming four to a lane, wear coloured swim cap (supplied) and the marshal will help you count your lengths.
CYCLE - One lap of the course for all. Follow the rules of the 'Highway Code' no drafting (keep 10 metres from competitor unless overtaking. If overtaken drop back 10 metres. Cycle helmets must be worn.
RUN - 4 laps (Sprint), 2 laps (Novice) collect a band at the start of the lap to help you count.
PRIZES/ MEDALS - As soon after the event has finished and the last person has crossed the line, then prizes will be given out as per the race instruction. All triathletes get their medal after crossing the finish line
RESULTS - Up on the website by 6pm the same evening.
