In the pouring rain the event was run and was a great sucess. 119 competitors took to the roads of Haywards Heath in the early hours after their 400m swim. The 24km cycle ride although very wet was completed without any problems watched by the marshals, Raynet, police and a few residents.

The 5km run around the streets of the town took in some hill climbs but cheared on by the volunter marshal support team the competitors completed the course.

Well done to all volunteers from MSTC, EGTC, Dolphin leisure centre team, fellow triathletes, family and friends. Without these good people the event could not have been the sucess it was.
