 medals for all participants. swimming 2 to a lane in age groups transition area is out on the school field.
cycle helmet and cycle required for bike section which is laps around the outside of the grass field. bike then returned to transition area then out for the run laps also on grass. the finish is next to the transition area (new layout to last year due to the building work on site). timing starts from the swim start to the end of the run, no split times will be taken.

entry fee: £10  (£9 if a British Triathlon Member),

NO CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY WILL BE SENT OUT PLEASE CHECK HERE FOR LISTED ENTRIES. PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATTER THAN 10.00am, TRANSITION WILL CLOSE JUST BEFORE RACE BRIEFING. RACE INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE BELOW. IF BAD WEATHER EVENT WILL BE A SWIM/RUN.
