Well another year for this growing event in a quiet little village in Sussex. The courses this year are same as last year. The run will be laps around the village. The swim will be in the pool at Cumnor House School, Danehill. This is a FUN event and all competitors take part at their own risk.

There will be two courses like last year over the distances of:

SHORT Swim 200m/ Bike 8km/ Run 2.4km

LONG Swim 500m/ Bike 24km / Run 4.8km

BIKE COURSE

Bike course(pdf)

The bike SHORT course is from Cumnor House School, up A275 to Chelwood gate, left to HK directly to the village green. 

The bike LONG course is to the village green (same route as Short) then two laps. 
LAPS (2): Left at Village green into Lewes Road, Left into Treemans Road, Left- 200m Left again into Freshfield Lane, At Danehill junction Left, 30m turn left back towards HK. Left into Birch Grove Road and back to the Green.

RUN COURSE

Run will be laps around the village (1.2km each)
SHORT = 2
LONG = 4

All monies raised go to local village charities. £235.00 raised in 2002.
£270 raised in 2003
£350 raised in 2004

In 2005 monies raised will go towards the restoration of the St Giles village church.

Transition will be on the Village Green opposite the Green Man Public House. Rolls & cakes at the end of the event in the marquee on the village green, thanks to volunteers. Trophies to winners.
