Sessions swim at Ringmer Pool, Community College then on to Fingerpoint field, Ringmer for cycle/run session.

Welcome to the Sussex Tristars website. If your young person can swim 50m front crawl, has a road worthy cycle and cycle helmet and aged between 8-12yrs then come along and join in the fun.

Paul Hedger of 'hedgehogtri' (level 2 triathlon coach) leads the sessions aided by Steff and runs on Sunday morning based at Ringmer Swimming Pool, Nr Lewes, E Sussex.Ringmer Pool Map

The cycle and run session immediately after the swimming is held on the community College grounds.

The club is s registered with British Triathlon Federation and the club activities are covered under the affiliated insurance.

Club Day - Sunday
Sign in for 9.30am at Ringmer Pool, store cycles under cover alongside the pool entrance.

Swimming
The session in the pool is from 9.30-10.30am groups are divided in ability

Cycle / Run /Transition
Cycle skils, running fitness and transition skils are in the second session from 10.30-11.30am . All activities are away from traffic. Usually during the winter at the Community College, in Summer at Finger Point field, Ringmer 400m on right towards Heathfield.
