 Medals for all participants. swimming 2 to a lane in age groups transition area is out on the school field.
cycle helmet and cycle required for bike section which is laps around the outside of the grass field.  Returned to transition area then out for the run laps also on grass. the finish is next to the transition area, timing starts from the swim start to the end of the run, no split times will be taken.

Trophies for 1st boy/girl in each 'Tristars' age groups only. Medals & 'Goodie bags' for all competitors. Race information will be available via the website.
entry fee: as illustrated, second or third entries @ £1.50 discount (£11.50each)  (£1 refund for BTF members showing current licence on the day),

NO CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY WILL BE SENT OUT . CHECK THE 'ENTRIES SO FAR' LINK. RACE INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE BELOW IF BAD WEATHER EVENT WILL BE A SWIM/RUN.
