11-14yrs		 Medals for all participants. swimming 2 to a lane in age groups, transition area will be on poolside.
The finish is next to the pool, timing starts from the swim start to the end of the run, no split times will be taken. Race information will be available via the website.

Trophies for 1st girl/boy in each 'Tristar' category only, medals & 'Goodie bags' for all competitors.
