Venue: Ardingly College, College Road, Nr: Haywards Heath,
White Bird Tri (1500m) swim in the reservoir 1km away, wetsuits required. Sprint and Supersprint swim in the four lane college swimming pool.
Cycle course will be fully sign posted and marshaled with Raynet controllers on turnings.

REGISTRATION- Opens at 6.30am (6.00am for White Bird SD)in the College library, pick up your race number, cycle and helmet numbers, get body marked and show your BTF race licence to get your £3 refund.
TRANSITION - Opens at 6.30am, 6.00am for SD, must register first and attach the race number labels.
BRIEFINGS -White Bird Tri- 6.45am-in T2, Sprint /Supersprint 7.45am outside the pool.
SWIM START- Lake: White Bird starts 7.40am, POOL: 8am Supersprint 200m race goes first, 'snake' swim competitor start every 25 seconds., Followed by Sprint 500m swimming four to a lane, wear colored swim cap (supplied) and the marshal will help you count your lengths.
DUATHLON BRIEF and START- 8.15am next to the finish.
CYCLE - One lap of the course for all. Follow the rules of the 'Highway Code' no drafting (keep 7 metres from competitor unless overtaking.
If overtaken drop back 7 metres. Cycle helmets must be worn.
RUN - 8 laps (White Bird), 4 laps (Sprint), 2 laps (Supersprint) collect
a band at the start of the lap to help you count.
PRIZES/ MEDALS - As soon after the event has finished and the
last person has crossed the line, then prizes will be given out as
per the race instruction. All triathlete's get their medal after crossing
the finish line
RESULTS - Up on the web site by 6pm the same evening.
